Don't bother. They don't care and haven't even read anything I sent them. They don't give a *** at all
They have now started using artificial sweetener which I am allergic to without stating on the bottle they have changed it. It tastes like crap and doesn't have a raspberry taste anymore plus it's giving me a furry tongue and a headache now. Definitely not happy. It's was the only cordial without artificial sweeteners in it.
It may as well have diet on the bottle now. So pissed off because I have no other choice but to find something else which will obviously be more expensive.
There's no point even complaining because it's obvious they won't change it back. It's *** and I'm definitely not impressed because it gives me a health issue without warning me if the change.

I contacted Golden Circle about canned pineapple pieces that looked off - they were brown. I sent a message via this website & was given a response stating that sometimes fruit went brown in the can & weren't necessarily off.
I sent them all the details requested & was informed that I would be refunded for the can I purchased.
6 weeks later & numerous emails to Golden Circle & still on reply. I will look at other options when purchasing canned fruit.

Told me i was to be refunded but nothing has happened and now not replying to my emails.
Was disgusted with one of your products, there was a squashed insect in between the foil and the lid of golden circle Orange juice, 350 ml bottle, and to make it worse i actually found two of these in the same box of orange juice, so not even a once of.

Hi Golden Circle staff
Last night I attempted to open a Golden Circle Tropical Slices can of pineapple slices in Juice. The 'With no added sugar' one.
As I'm not able to use my thumb to assist with pulling/lifting the ring pull tab on the opening tab upwards I use a gadget to help me.
I have been using this gadget for many years.
The pull tab snapped off. Even worse I could not then get the lid off with my regular can opener. The opener cut the lid in three sections and none of those sections joined to make a large enough area to get the lid off. I had to tear the paper wrapper off & thus destroyed the phone number to call.
Hence this email. It did eventually come off but at great risk to cutting myself.
I bought this can of pineapple slices from Coles online delivery sometime in the last few weeks. It was just in my pantry waiting for use to finish off a meal.
It is difficult to read the pressed numbers on the bottom of the can but here's what I think they read.
YI65GG first line, then J2S(or 5)AOK second line.
I hope something can be done to rectify this lid problem in the future.

- - On iPad I was told one email per day; the can was discoloured and leaked black fluid.
I attempted to send a message on your format re a discoloured and apparently leaking can of crushed pineapple. It was cancelled after your reply that my email was invalid.that is off a mobile telephone that does not send or receive emails.
When I sent it via email off an ipad, the response came back that I could only send one email per day if I saw this notification and that I could not send another for 24 hours.
I then dumped the can in the garbage bin and it squirted black fluid when it hit the bottom of the bin. Your complaints format is unsatisfactory.

They transferred beetroot canning from Australia to New Zealand that is when supply shortages started not a bad weather season for beetroot. What a lame excuse
